WASHINGTON (WFLA/CNN) - A self-proclaimed pedophile is running for Congress in Virginia, according to a report from The Huffington Post. According to the report, 37-year-old Nathan Larson admitted to being a pedophile during a phone interview with HuffPost on Thursday. The report states he also told them he created websites that serve as chat rooms for pedophiles and "violence-minded misogynists." The accountant says he is running as an independent candidate for the 10th Congressional seat in Northern Virginia. He's able to run for office now because former Virginia Governor Terry McCaulife restored voting rights for felons back in 2016.
