Selena Gomez is bidding adieu to her sprawling Fort Worth estate that she purchased a little over a year ago. A North Texas native herself, Gomez reportedly bought the mansion to be near friends and family, but recently put it back on the market for $2.999 million. There are two master suites on the upper level, along with three guest bedrooms for family and friends to unwind. The “cabana” is a full-fledged outdoor living room with built-in fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. The purchase requires Homeowners Association dues, which afford access to a clubhouse, private pond, jogging path, community pool and 17-acre green space.
