“I have spoken to several PAS state assemblymen and they are shocked at the rumours. “This is a rumour that was created to disrupt Selangor PAS preparations to face the general election which is expected to take place less than three months from now. Iskandar urged state party members to continue carrying out their duties and not to believe such rumours. Besides Iskandar, the Selangor government's executive council line-up has two other Selangor PAS members - Datuk Dr Ahmad Yunos Hairy and Zaidy Talib. The split in PAS which occurred in 2015 saw progressive party members leaving to form Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah).
