KUALA LUMPUR: Authentication work on the jewellery and watches seized by the police in connection with the 1Malaysia Development Bhd investigation will begin next week. Thirty-five bags containing the jewellery and watches now sit in a vault at Bukit Aman. The items were found in 37 of 72 pieces of luggage seized from a luxury apartment on May 18. He said police also seized 150 handbags and shoes from a Pavilion Residences condo, said to be the home of Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s daughter. “We also seized RM500,000 in cash in various currencies, watches and handbags from Najib’s Langgak Duta residence.
