As a 65-year-old woman who has been divorced and is not currently sexually active, I am faced with several challenges. Additionally, I underwent a mastectomy at the age of 54 but have not pursued reconstructive surgery. In my younger years, I possessed a great deal of sexual confidence, but now, with an aging and disfigured body, I struggle to imagine exposing myself to a man. To regain confidence, it is crucial to reestablish self-acceptance and embrace your body. With time and determination, you can regain your confidence and attract others.
