ISLAMABAD – Islamabad Police deploy 3,857 cops in Red Zone while 500 cops in outer cordon in Parliament House ahead of the No-Confidence Vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan, according to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Muhammad Faisal Kamran. Security has also been beefed up at all the entry and exit points of the city including Red Zone and all the other roads leading to Parliament. Inspector General of Police (IGP) Muhammad Ahsan Younas along with SSP Operations Muhammad Faisal Kamran and SSP Law and Order Syed Karar is also patrolling in the Capital to monitor the security duty. Roads leading to the Parliament House from Blue Area, Kalsoom Plaza Chowk, Ayub Chowk, Sareena Chowk and Nadra Chowk have been closed by putting constrainers and barbed wires. On the other hand, a comprehensive traffic plan has also been put in place by Islamabad Traffic Police under the command of SSP Rai Mazhar.
