Security guard who scored B plain lacks fees to join collegeShadrach Musila aged 24, at his work station in Kakamega town. He scored a B-plain in KCSE of 2011 and has never joined college due to lack of fees. After sitting for his Kenya Certificate of Primary School (KCPE) examinations in 2007, he secured a chance to join Kakamega High School. His first term school fees were paid by Lurambi Constituency Development fund. Kakamega School Principal, George Orina, said he released his certificate so that it can help him secure admission at the college.
