Security forces have launched extensive cordon and search operations in Kishtwar and Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir following intelligence inputs on possible terrorist movement. Searches are underway in forest and border areas using drones, sniffer dogs and aerial surveillance. Vehicle checks have been intensified on key highways as border security is strengthened to prevent infiltration and ensure public safety.
