11 hours agoSecurity for the Chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Wafula Chebukati, and Commissioners Ayub Guliye and Boya Molu, have been withdrawn. In a statement, signed by the Communications Manager Andrew Limo, the IEBC says "The withdrawal of security is likely to expose the Chairman and the three Commissioners to security risk. The action undermines their effectiveness in executing the work of the Chairman".
