Members of Dhaka Metropolitan Police's Traffic Department stopped her car on the wrong lane from Ruposhi Bangla Hotel towards Banglamotor intersection on Monday evening. A police officer with the rank of a superintendent was also caught driving on the wrong lane there at the time. DMP Traffic Department Additional Commissioner Md Moslehuddin Ahmed and Deputy Commissioner Rifat Rahman Shamim headed the drive. Asked why he took the wrong lane a day after being caught for the same offence, he remained silent. On Sunday, the DMP's Traffic Department fined owners of 300 cars in the clampdown on the wrong-side driving.
