Hidden away in the Tūtira area in Hawke's Bay, you'll find the lovely Tāngōio Falls, best viewed after a good rainfall as it's really flowing. It's an easy 15-minute walk to Te Ana Falls and, if you carry on, you can also check out Tāngōio Falls. Liz Carlson The scale of Te Reinga Falls in the East Cape is almost unimaginable. Though the viewpoint from the painting is now inaccessible, it's still worth stopping by the 35m East Cape waterfall. Tucked away in the heart of Te Urewera National Park are plenty of beautiful waterfalls, including Papakorito Falls.
