Montgomery County is suing two men connected with this home on Danbury Road in Bethesda. The county says unauthorized tunnels were found under the home after a deadly house fire in September. “We filed a complaint because the county believes, based on what we know, that the structural integrity of the house has been undermined by the tunnels,” county spokesman Patrick Lacefield said Monday.
