(CNN) A second teenage girl is reported to have been raped and set on fire in the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand, just days after a 16-year-old was similarly attacked in the same state. A suspect (C) being held by Indian police in the case of a 17-year-old girl who was raped and set on fire. Authorities believe the teenager was kidnapped from her rural home Thursday night, while her family was at a wedding, and raped in a nearby forest. Around 100 sexual assaults are reported to police in India every day, according to the National Crime Records Bureau. The location of the rape and murder of a 16-year-old girl on May 3, at Raja Kundra village in the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand.
