Police have arrested a second man in connection with a shooting in Winnipeg's North End that injured three people in May. Police have arrested 18-year-old Bryce Keating (left) and 27-year-old Clifford Jobb (right) in connection with a shooting that injured three people in Winnipeg in May. Additionally, Jobb is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition, contrary to a probation order. Keating and Jobb allegedly fired a shotgun at a vehicle with five people in it, injuring three of them.
