London's Metropolitan Police have arrested a second man over the London train attack on Friday. The 21-year-old man was arrested in the west London suburb of Hounslow just before midnight on Saturday (Sunday NZ Time), Metropolitan Police said in a statement. On Saturday, an 18-year-old man was arrested by Kent Police in the port town of Dover, nearly two hours out of London.
