Second-hand home prices in the city rallied, with Centaline Property Agency's price tracking Centa-City Leading Index rising by 0.56 percent week-on-week to 178.54 points, the highest in 14 weeks. The sub-index for large units increased by 0.52 percent week-on-week or 0.41 percent month-on-month to 172.79. For small and medium units, the sub-index added 0.48 percent week-on-week or 1.6 percent from a month ago to 179.4. The Mass Centa-City Leading Index went up by 0.65 percent from a week before, or up by 1.8 percent month-on-month, to 181.92. New Territories East saw the sub-index up 0.45 percent from the previous week to 190.05.
