A 42-year old man has died following a stabbing incident in the West Auckland suburb of Glendene. It was the second fatal stabbing in West Auckland this weekend. A woman also died as a result of stab wounds at a Te Atatu address on Saturday night. He was treated at the scene and transported to Auckland Hospital by ambulance where he later died. Police enquiries into the matter are ongoing and a scene examination is underway this morning.
