RICHMOND, Va.—A second woman has accused Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax of sexual assault, deepening the weeklong crisis embroiling the state’s Democratic leadership and leading to more calls for his resignation. A lawyer for Meredith Watson said Friday that Mr. Fairfax raped Ms. Watson in 2000 while they were students at Duke University.
