ISKANDAR PUTERI: Motorcyclists, who are in a cheerful mood following the removal of toll at the Second Link, are about to get even happier. According to the Ministry of Transport, Singapore will match the removal of motorcycle tolls at the Second Link. “We note Malaysia’s removal of motorcycle toll charges at the Second Link. The move is expected to benefit more than 50,000 motorcyclists who commute every day between Johor and Singapore via the Second Link bridge. “I can save RM2.20 every day and once Singapore abolished their toll charges too, I can save even more,” he said.
