Andanar urges suspected drug personalities to surfaceA Malacañang official on Sunday urged other suspected drug personalities to surface and subject themselves to investigation. Presidential Comunications Office (PCO) Secretary Martin Andanar defended President Rodrigo Duterte’s meeting with suspected drug lord, Cebu-businessman Peter Lim last Friday, in Davao City. “The alleged drug lord Peter Lim has come out in the open. Level 5 drug lords or alleged drug lords are the highest that you can get in the hierarchy of those who are selling, pushing, peddling illegal drugs,” he said. He answered: “Well, the alleged suspect, drug lord suspect, Peter Lim has already expressed his intentions to clear his name.
