A boater who went missing on White Lake Saturday afternoon has yet to be found. Police began searching after an individual was reported missing around 3:30 p.m., the Lanark County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said in a twitter post. Around 10 p.m. Saturday, Lanark County OPP Const. "The search efforts will be scaled back overnight just due to safety of the searchers trying to search a lake in the dark," Tereschuk said. White Lake is located southwest of Arnprior and approximately 60 km west of Ottawa.
