The passenger went missing from the Norwegian Epic which was travelling from Cannes in France to Palma de Mallorca in Spain, early on Saturday. A spokesperson for Norwegian Cruise Line said the woman, who was Korean, has not been found. They said: "Early morning on June 8, a 63-year-old Korean female guest went overboard while the ship was sailing from Cannes, France to Palma de Mallorca, Spain. One passenger on the ship tweeted: "Just saw a news story that the missing passenger is a 63-year-old Korean woman. She added that thousands of passengers had aided the search, but that incoming bad weather had meant the search was being called off.
