Brooke Windsor tweeted, “I took this photo as we were leaving #NotreDame about an hour before it caught on fire. I almost went up to the dad and asked if he wanted it. The Notre Dame cathedral caught fire early Monday morning, April 16. French President Emmanuel Macron pledged to “rebuild the Notre Dame all together” while luxury goods conglomerate LVMH chair Bernard Arnault donated €300 million to the restoration efforts to rebuild the 850-year-old structure.
