An apparent 49ers fan ran onto the field and sprinted for about 100 yards while the Rams were on offense. It was the most exciting play of the night. Sean Mannion warmed up on the sideline but Case Keenum returned to the game. Keenum completed a six-yard pass to Lance Kendricks between two incomplete passes to Tavon Austin.
