A Scugog woman is celebrating once again after she won her second major lottery prize. Leanne Kemp, of Blackstock, won the $250,000 top prize by playing the June 14 draw of ‘Hit or Miss,’ which requires players to match all or none of the numbers drawn. Kemp won by having none of the numbers drawn appear on her ticket.
