Scotland u20s suffer Ireland Six Nations loss and unwanted finale

Scotland got off to a promising start and loosehead prop Oliver McKenna was held up over the try line early on. Stand-off Tom Wood, the son of former Ireland legend Keith, converted and it was 7-0. Ireland thought they had scored their second in the 15th minute, but the ‘try’ was ruled out for a forward pass. Scotland then lost key man Nairn Moncrieff to injury and, in the 30th minute, Ireland scored try number three. Tries from Barrett and sub Christian Foley at the end put the icing on the cake for Ireland.
