The ship left St. Lucia at Thursday night and headed to its home port of Curacao, records show. The ship is expected to arrive in Cura ç ao on Saturday. Cura ç ao epidemiologist Dr. Izzy Gerstenbluth told the Associated Press that a female crew member from Europe visited a doctor in Cura ç ao before the ship departed for St. Lucia. Once the ship docked in St. Lucia, health officials confirmed the measles case and instituted a quarantine, citing the “highly infectious” nature of the disease.
