Bob Menendez of New Jersey and Dick Durbin of Illinois have been working behind the scenes to ensure that immigration is considered as part of this Democratic infrastructure bill. "There isn't even a Senate bill yet. In one sign of where the process stands, Pelosi was asked during a press call on Thursday if she had seen legislative text for a bipartisan infrastructure bill yet and replied, "no we haven't seen text."
