A dynamic shift has begun in rural school districts across the United States, with many considering -- and in some cases implementing -- a four-day school week. School districts in other parts of the country are expected to follow suit in the years to come. Boundary County School District is one of 43 districts in Idaho that has implemented the four-day school week, which leaves them with 29 three-day weekends.
