School set to reopen after repairs address safety concerns

A school in Kildare which closed over safety concerns will reopen on Monday. The school had previously sent classes home last month after concerns emerged about the condition of the 19-year-old prefabs. Later in the evening, parents were told the school will reopen after around 40 contractors were brought on site to carry out repairs. The department needs to sort it as well. We need people in a room working out these issues so this school can reopen as a matter of priority."
