Senior Judicial Magistrate ASM Anisul Islam issued the order on hearing the case against the headmaster, Kamrul Hasan alias Akram Ali, 50, on Wednesday. The girl was also taken to the court after medical test at Kishoreganj General Hospital. Senior Judicial Magistrate Begum Taslim Akter recorded her statement. According to the case dossier, Kamrul Hasan, the headmaster of a school in Ashtagram Upazila, tricked the girl into going with him to the roof of the school building during tiffin time on Monday. The police arrested him after the girl’s mother started a case with Ashtagram police on Tuesday.
