(MENAFN - Daily News Egypt) A school's director and three teachers have been referred to an investigation over the death of a nine-year-old student in the first day of the new school year. Ibrahim Hasan was crushed to death last Sunday by a stampede of Al-Zahra Primary School students who were trying to book the first bench in Belqas, Dakahlia governorate. Hassan went into hypotensive shock and died instantly, according to the initial medical report. "If I knew that it will be the last time to see him I would have never let him go," said Hasan's mother in press statements. Meanwhile, Hasan's father accused the school's administration of negligence, which led to his son's death.
