A school boy in Mumias committed suicide on Friday morning, just days after finishing his KCPE examinations. A relative found the body of Jacob Ouma, 18, hanging from a rope in his parent's house in Shibale village. It was said Ouma, who attended DEB Mumias Muslim Primary School, had been missing for a few hours. Mumias police boss Peter Kattam said: "It’s a sad day...this is unfortunate...young people should seek counselling when they have such problems."
