Classes will not resume in the Mercedes ISD. Due to two threats last week and continued rumors, officials announced last Thursday that that would be the last day of instruction. Classes were to have ended this Thursday. School principals have since sent a notice to parents with information on any planned activities and events at their campuses, and directions for picking up supplies.
