Being pessimistic of his boss getting closer to God while in prison, Mr. Paye assured Liberians and the world over that Mr. Taylor has no interferences in the Country’s current political process, stressing, “Mr. Charles Gankay Taylor is not interested to interfere in the Liberian political process, his concern is to serve his God while in prison,” the Taylor spokesperson speaking further said. He expressed confidence that Mr. Taylor will be released before the ending of his imposed 50-year jail term, adding, “Mr. Taylor will be release before the elapse of his jail term, I can assure you and the rest of the Liberian people that Mr. Taylor will be released soon,” Mr. Paye speaking to a local radio station boasted. Recently Mr. Charles Taylor through his wife in Liberia, Victoria Taylor terminated the the services of Senator Sando Johnson as his official spokesman, replacing him with a former bodyguard, Isaiah Kamara Paye.
