Add the ham and cover tightly with parchment and foil and cook in the oven for about 2.5 hours. Arrange the pineapple rings around the ham and pin them down with some cloves or toothpicks. Pop the ham on an oven tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, again at 180 degrees, until it is golden brown.
