Another crucial requirement is the conclusion of a medical service contract on Nusuk Masar. Submission of pilgrims’ data and group formation on Nusuk Masar by 8th February 2026. Adherence to bilateral air service agreements and visa regulations; tour operators must ensure pilgrims return within visa validity.
