A six month multiple-entry visa will now cost $800 and a one year multiple-entry visa will cost $ 1,333 while a two year multiple-entry visa will cost $2,133. The Saudi Council of Ministers chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef , who is also the interior minister, announced the revised visa fees on Monday. Cheap oil prices have reduced government revenues from oil exports sharply , leaving the kingdom with a budget deficit of nearly $100 billion last year. The new structure includes a single-entry visa that will cost all travellers $533 except first-time pilgrims. The changes included a new $80 transit fee for passengers traveling through Saudi Arabia.
