The state of Florida needs to change its entire legislative program with respect to condo associations oversight, inspections and maintenance. Most large corporations self-insure their health care plans so they pay all health expenses incurred. Most federal, state and local governments self-fund their health care plans from taxpayer dollars. Unvaccinated public employees are gambling with our tax dollars. Florida public employers need to act.
