Saskatoon police say a baby boy has become the city's ninth homicide victim of 2016. They say the injured baby was taken to hospital, where he died of his injuries. Police said a 16-year-old girl, who is not related to the baby, was taken into police custody the same morning. Police are asking anyone with information about the baby's death to call the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222- 8477. They did not say how old the baby was, or how he was injured.
