For the first time in the history of the National Lacrosse League the coach and general manager of a team has selected his son first overall in an Entry Draft. Derek Keenan, Saskatchewan Rush head coach and general manager, made the first pick Monday night in Toronto. "Not only being first overall draft but being the son of the coach and the general manager of the Saskatchewan Rush."
