CEO Sargent confirmed that the option to sell to Chinese firm Ithink Cultural Investment Holdings is a 'put option' which gives the owner the option to sell an asset either at an agreed price or before a particular date. "Nothing can happen before 2021," said Sargent who is believed to own a stake of about 10pc.
