Duterte-Carpio, HNP’s founder and campaign manager, rode her Yamaha XSR900 which she named “Ella” in her trip. The province of Isabela is more than 400 kilometers away from the capital city of Ilocos Norte. The Davao City mayor will try to drum up voters from Isabela on Tuesday afternoon.
