SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio’s Hugpong ng Pagbabago party (HNP) kicks off its 90-day election campaign on Tuesday here in the province of Pampanga. HNP’s initial campaign event is set in San Fernando Provincial Capitol grounds, to be attended by Pampanga Gov. After the Pampanga events, HNP will hold campaign sorties in other areas of Central and Northern Luzon before holding events in Metro Manila.
