Highlanders chief executive Roger Clark is already planning for a second Super Rugby Aotearoa competition in 2021 because of travel and border restrictions. The Super Rugby competition gradually drifted away from what made it great as the participating nations mistakenly tried to use it to replace their domestic rugby competitions.
