Father Christmas is heading to Regina on Sunday for the city's 31st annual Santa Claus parade. A variety of floats will proceed south along Albert Street, starting at 25th Avenue and ending at Chapters next to Southland Mall. The event starts at 1 p.m. CST. Afterwards, there'll be free hot chocolate and cookies at the mall. Santa will be sticking around for his first appearance for photos, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
