The smart assistant is part of the company’s transformational journey to bring to life innovation for consumers living in condominiums and detached house projects starting from 2018, said the company’s chief technology officer, Dr Tawicha Trakulyingyong. Under their agreement, Amazon Web Services technologies would be used to turn Sansiri Home Service into a smart assistant. The mobile application would allow users to manage all home-related activities with greater convenience from anywhere, at any time and with high security, said Tawicha. Amazon’s AI solutions allow for natural and easy-to-use voice commands that will make life easier for customers, the company said in a press release.
