If there's one Indian chef who's been a household name for at least two decades now, it's Sanjeev Kapoor. In recent times, we've seen him launch his own food channel, Food Food, be a judge on MasterChef India, and still continue to charm and cook his way through to our hearts. And while that's good enough for all of us fans, maybe Indian chefs should get a separate category to themselves (like the Arts do).
