On Monday Attorney General Jeff Sessions allegedly outraged mayors from coast to coast by announcing that he is going to enforce an Obama Administration policy. Specifically, Mr. Sessions said that cities and states applying for grants from the Department of Justice will have to certify that they are complying with an immigration law signed by President Bill Clinton.
