The shooting took place at the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) rail yard this morning. Officers found at least one explosive device at the rail yard and a bomb squad is now searching the scene. VTA chairman Glenn Hendricks said the shooting took place in the rail yard where workers carry out maintenance work on vehicles.
